Terms & Conditions: Clean Energy Boost Giveaway
The Promoter: The promoter is Bio-nature Ltd. and Terranova UK.
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (mainland) aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To be eligible to win, entrants must complete the following steps:
1. Follow: Follow @terranovahealthUK on Instagram.
2. Like: Like the official contest post.
3. Share (Feed Post): Share the contest post (repost) to your main Instagram feed. The post must remain on your feed for the duration of the contest (not as a disappearing Story).
4. Comment: Comment on the contest post as instructed: What’s your go-to natural pick-me-up to help you get through a busy day?
The Prize: The Grand Prize: Five winners will be selected to receive ‘a Clean Energy Boost Bundle’. Each bundle is valued at £65 and includes:

Winner’s Obligation: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to post a photo of the received Terranova Energy Bundle Prize on their Instagram feed within 7 days of receiving the package, tagging @terranovahealthUK and #mytimemyterranova
Closing Date: The competition ends at 23:59 on Sunday 31st May . Entries received after this time will not be counted.
Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries that have met all the requirements (including the feed post). The draw will be performed by a random process, supervised by an independent person.
Notification: Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
