SUMMER 2026 PROMOTION
SHOP & WIN GIFT & PRIZES!
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") carefully before participating in the "Shop & Win Gift & Prizes!" promotional campaign (the "Promotion") hosted on www.bionature.uk.com (the "Website"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility & Promotion Period
- The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- The Promotion commences at 00:01 BST on 24th June 2026, published on the Website and will run until 23:59 BST on 2nd August 2026 or while promotional stocks last (whichever occurs first).
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
2. 20% Discount Offer ("20% OFF EVERYTHING")
-To benefit from the 20% discount, participants must manually enter the valid promotional code SUMMER 20 in the designated voucher code box at the checkout stage prior to completing the purchase. The discount will not be applied automatically.
- The 20% discount applies strictly to the item's retail price and cannot be used in conjunction with any other active voucher codes, subscription discounts, or bundle offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Shipping fees, duties, or taxes (where applicable) are excluded from the 20% discount and will be calculated based on the final discounted basket value.
3. Free Gift with Purchase (Orders Over £30)
- Customers whose final order value is greater than £30.00 (after the 20% discount has been applied, and excluding delivery costs) will qualify to receive one free pack of Incense.
- The specific fragrance, type, or brand of the Incense will be randomly selected by our warehouse team and is entirely subject to availability.
- Requests for specific items, exchanges, or cash alternatives for the free gift will not be accommodated.
- Limit of one free gift per qualifying transaction.
4. Prize Draw Entry (Orders Over £50)
- Customers whose final order value exceeds £50.00 (after the 20% discount has applied, and excluding delivery charges) will automatically gain one entry into our exclusive Prize
Draw.
- The Prizes: There are five Terranova sets available to be won in total. Each set is
valued at £50 (RRP) and comprises the following two items:
1x Terranova CreaXorbTM Creatine Plus
1x Terranova Vollagen® & Hyaluronic Acid Complex
- Winner Selection: Five distinct winners will be drawn at random from all qualifying entries within seven working days after the closing date of the Promotion.
- Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase. If a winner does not respond within seven days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
5. Returns and Refunds
- If any qualifying order is subsequently returned for a refund, reducing the total net spend below the established thresholds, the following rules apply:
If the net spend falls below £30, the complimentary Incense must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
Failure to return the gift will result in its retail value being deducted from the final refund.
If the net spend falls below £50, the customer's entry into the Terranova set Prize Draw will be automatically invalidated. If a drawn winner has already returned their qualifying order, an alternative winner will be selected.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for network, computer, or software failures of any kind that may restrict, delay, or prevent the tracking or submission of a qualifying order.
- Personal data collected during this Promotion will be processed strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) and the Website’s Privacy Policy.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
