Terranova's Omega 3-6-7-9 Oil Blend 250ml (Organic) is a certified organic blend of plant oils, providing omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 fatty acids in a formula suitable for a vegan diet and offering a fully plant-based alternative to fish-derived omega oils.

Each oil brings its own distinct fatty acid profile, and in combination they form a carefully balanced, complementary whole. Organic flaxseed oil forms the foundation, providing the omega 3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), and is complemented by organic hemp seed oil, valued for its well-rounded composition, and organic olive oil, a familiar source of omega 9. Organic borage seed and rice bran oils add further depth, while organic sea buckthorn fruit oil brings one of the few plant sources of omega 7, with a small amount of tocopherol (vitamin E) included as an antioxidant to help protect the oils.

The blend contains no fillers, additives or animal ingredients, and its characteristic flaxseed flavour, with a subtle bitter note, makes it a natural match for salads, dressings and smoothies.
